Ms. Penni McLean-Conner serves as Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of Customer Group at Eversource Energy (formerly, Northeast Utilities/Northeast Utilities System) since May 2012. Ms. McLean-Conner is responsible for providing Eversource Energy' 3.5 million electric and gas customers with high quality customer service and delivering a cost-effective portfolio of electric and gas energy efficiency programs. She has over 25 years in the utility business. She serves on several boards such as the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE), Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP), and the Consortium of Energy Efficiency (CEE), among others. She authored two books, 'Customer Service: Utility Style,' and 'Energy Efficiency: Principles and Practices' which was published in early 2009. She is active in the industry and her community. Ms. McLean-Conner holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
