Mr. Philip J. Lembo, also known as Phil, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Western Massachusetts Electric Company, Public Service Company of New Hampshire, NSTAR Electric Company and The Connecticut Light and Power Company since May 4, 2016. Mr. Lembo has been the Chief Financial Officer of Eversource Energy (formerly, Northeast Utilities/Northeast Utilities System) since May 4, 2016 and its Treasurer since 2012 and its Executive Vice President since August 8, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Eversource Energy from May 4, 2016 to August 8, 2016. Mr. Lembo has been Treasurer of The Connecticut Light and Power Company, NSTAR Electric Company, NSTAR Gas Company, Public Service Company of New Hampshire, Western Massachusetts Electric Company, Yankee Gas Services Company and Eversource Energy Service Company since April 10, 2012 and of NSTAR Electric Company and NSTAR Gas Company since March 26, 2009. He served as Vice President of Eversource Energy from 2012 to May 2016. Mr. Lembo served as the Vice President of The Connecticut Light and Power Company, NSTAR Electric Company, NSTAR Gas Company, Public Service Company of New Hampshire, Western Massachusetts Electric Company, Yankee Gas Services Company and Eversource Energy Service Company since April 10, 2012 and of NSTAR Electric Company and NSTAR Gas Company since March 26, 2009. Mr. Lembo served as Vice President and Treasurer of NSTAR LLC since March 30, 2009. He was responsible for managing NSTAR's communications and relationships with shareholders, credit rating agencies, banks and other financial institutions. He served as an Assistant Treasurer of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance at NSTAR LLC. Since joining NSTAR in 1983, he has served in a number of financial roles in the budgeting and audit areas, including serving as NSTAR's Audit Director. He has been a Director of Western Massachusetts Electric Company, Public Service Company of New Hampshire, NSTAR Electric Company and The Connecticut Light and Power Company since May 4, 2016. Mr. Lembo holds an undergraduate degree in business from Salem State College and a Master of business administration from Boston University.
