Robert Bersak ā Chief Regulatory Counsel at Eversource Energy

Mr. Robert Bersak, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Regulatory Counsel at Eversource Energy (formerly, Northeast Utilities/Northeast Utilities System) since February 2014. Mr. Bersak serves as an Assistant Secretary for both Public Service of New Hampshire (PSNH) and Northeast Utilities Service Company. He is a member of the Bar in New Hampshire, Connecticut, New Jersey and Ohio. In addition to his work at NU, he served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Colonel after 33 years. Mr. Bersak earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Colorado.
