What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO, Cathy Zoi is smart. She listens and demonstrates excellence. There are several other executives that cause departmental conflicts, have been promoted due to length of time at EVgo and do not have great leadership skills or hire their friends for positions without any feedback from their teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure in addition to salary and commission helps to give our teams a boost at the year end.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful when we are all working towards a common goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the ability to speak to multiple touch points within the company and get a sense for who they are.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with clients directly and building a new infrastructure that will change the future opportunity for Electric Vehicle car ownership.
