What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical since i was just notified i had cancer.

It used to be the time off but they've gone to an unlimited time off policy which is just another means of saving money. They have a nice HSA contribution that seems to be above average.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
