Mr. Joel C. Mr. Phillips served as Manager of Accounting and Management Information Systems from April 1993 to June 1998. From January 1991 to April 1993, he was employed by Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BS and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida. In 2008, Mr. Phillips completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
