The management team has a GM/Delphi mentality. This company has a strong buddy system and this buddy management system doesn't work well for employees.

The money wouldnt be so bad if the people treated you nice

Less back stabbing! Less trying to make others look bad so you can move up

Get rid of old management and bring in people who are happy to work
New leadership from CEO down to Plant Management
