What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Terminating incompetent managers more quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay scale should be based on job description level. Exp: supervisor should be paid better than any sales associate. Key carrier should be paid better, etc.

Need a Better sense of urgency.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too many off site managers that don't know our reality.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CAR, centralized automatic replenishment. We don't need 19 weeks of supply on hand, for product that is delivered weekly. Not enough man power to do all of the tasks, and take care of customers needs.
