Started out great but lately work/life balance has been horrendous and some of the new policies they are trying to push only slow down progress and create more headaches. Coworkers are best part of my day, great teamwork most of the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Regular all hands meetings to discuss our current status and direction.

Coworkers and our ability to work together on any issue regardless of any personal issues. Managers who listen.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not only did they have challenging questions to ensure I could handle the job, they answered all of my questions about the workplace and the company.
