Self-evaluation and a more contemporary management style with power-sharing and respect for the individual.
Treat humans as humans, with respect and dignity. Stop bullying and offending. Learn about ethics. Support and listen to employees.

Market situation and skills I possess. Compensations are less favorable compared to other companies.

Get an honest expert on HR onboard. I can not come with one things thing about the company that should not change.

Be more honest about the culture
More honesty. Accurate information. Experts from HR should attend. There is no HR department. Economy is poor, that should be mentioned.

Mistreatment on many levels has left an extremely negative impression.
