The company is good and the job is good, there is no script for assisting our customers which keeps the assistance you receive real. However, instead of issuing any bonuses for our hard work they send merch as a "thank you." Pay grades are also very due for a cost of living raise.

The HSA and health insurance are pretty good compared to other workplaces.

My team is diverse in every form. I enjoy working with coworkers and look forward to my day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management is great to work with. They treat you like humans and understand you have a life outside of work. They are open to constructive feedback and communicate effectively with their teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Truthfully working with the customers and caterers. We collectively have a great base on both sides and for the most part are great to work with. There will always be that one person who is less pleasant to work with but there are many great ones to follow.
