Executive Bio
Mr. Toh-Seng Ng, also known as TS, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Fabrinet since March 2012 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Fabrinet USA, Inc since March 2012. Mr. Ng served as General Manager of CASIX, INC. Mr. Ng served as Senior Vice President and Operations Controller at Fabrinet from March 2009 to March 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance from January 2007 to March 2009. Mr. Ng has nearly 28 years of international financial management experience in the Semiconductor and Data Storage industries. Prior to joining Fabrinet, he managed financial operations at Magnecomp Precision Plc, in Thailand, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies in San Jose and Read-Rite Corporation in a series of progressively responsible positions, culminating in his role as corporate controller and Vice President of finance. Mr. Ng holds a B.S. degree in Accountancy from the University of Singapore and an M.B.A. in international management from Golden Gate University. Mr. Ng is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
