Very negative & hostile environment. I've never been sworn at so much in my life. Management doesn't have the education, experience, or ethics to perform their jobs competently. Things just keep getting worse.

Some co-workers were fantastic to work with.

Need to make a change in management from the top on down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay people with four-year degrees less than people working on the line.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is too much gossip and unprofessional conduct, and that includes the supervisors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Production drives Quality, not the other way around. It's a recipe for disaster and recalls.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Needs to be training in what you can and cannot legally ask a prospective employee during an interview.
