What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to serve others, especially first time homebuyers who think that the goal of homeownership is difficult to acheive. I love educating clients on purchases, investments, refinances, credit repair, and so much more!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead with humility, grace, and example. They are constantly looking for ways to have an edge on our market. Our leadership had also creates wonderful non-profits that help us to serve and give back to the communities we live in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a very collaborative team. We assist one another, knowing their success is my success. We have great management that guides us on beat practices and how we can grow. We also have a Business Development Manager who keeps us relevant through events and social media training.
