What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to understand what is going on in their business. Job postings should have exactly what is offered at time of acceptance of job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing even close to what the job posting offered. Management did not want to here a word, even from someone that has been doing this for decades

They are so pressured into making goals to earn a living that morales change.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to have a CEO that understands the business side of the house.

Actually, have an interview. Met with 1 person, a co-worker, never met with a manager or anyone from HR.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are all about the money even at the customers' and employees' extent. Need a CEO that understands customers and can handle employees with lying or misleading
