Mr. D. Scott Stice has been the Chief Marketing Officer of FBL Financial Group Inc. since June 2013. Mr. Stice has overall responsibility for sales, marketing and distribution for FBL Financial Group's brand, Farm Bureau Financial Services and its multiline exclusive agency force. He served as Senior Vice President of Eastern Market Operations of Farmers Group, Inc. He served as Senior Officer of Farmers Group, Inc. since January 1st 2012. Mr. Stice served in a variety of positions, including Agent, District Manager, State Executive Director and Vice President of Agencies. Mr. Stice joined Farmers in December 2000 as a Senior Marketing Consultant in the Home Office. He served as Senior Vice President and Head of Field Strategy and Execution at Farmers Insurance. He served as an Executive Director-of Illinois State Office. Mr. Stice transferred to Home Office in June 2003 and served as Vice President-Agencies and also served as Vice President-Distribution Strategy since June 2006. Mr. Stice served as a Farmers agent from September 1990 to April 1995 and also served as District Manager out of Corvallis, Oregon since April 1996 and out of the Portland, Oregon area from May, 1997 to December, 2000. Mr. Stice holds BS in Business Management and Administration from the University of the Redlands and he earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. He earned a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation.
