Genuine interest in the wellbeing of its employees as well as the success of the business. Great balance!

It is comparable to salaries in the area, however, the current increase in cost of living is quickly not aligning to salary.

Very hardworking and collaborative team. Also open to ideas with an authentic desire to contribute and further the success of FILTEC.

Most employees are truly invested in FILTEC's success. Employees pull together when need arise for extra work/time to meet deadlines.
