Executive Bio

Mr. Craig L. Foster has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Financial Engines, Inc. since September 2017 and has been its Chief Accounting Officer since January 1, 2018. Mr. Foster served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at Amobee, Inc. from April 2015 to May 2017 and oversaw all financial and legal operations. Mr. Foster served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. from March 04, 2013 to April 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer, where his responsibilities included leading the finance, IR, FP&A and legal functions. Mr. Foster joined Ubiquiti from Credit Suisse where he served as a Co-head of software and Director in the investment banking group focused on technology infrastructure and software from June 2012 to February 2013. He has a wealth of financial and executive experience from two decades years spent in finance and investment banking, specializing in software and internet technology. From August 2007 to June 2012, he worked at UBS investment bank/UBS Securities as an Executive Director and served as the Co-head of the software group. During his investment banking career, he completed over $6 billion of investment banking transactions, including the initial public offering of Ubiquiti Networks in October 2011. Prior to banking, Mr. Foster was an early employee of Loudcloud, Inc. and held a number of management positions in product management, business development and finance. He also held various positions at RBC Capital Markets, Open Market, Deloitte Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has been a Director of LiveXLive Media, Inc. since July 07, 2017. He has been a Director of OBAR Camden Holdings Limited since July 2017. He has been Director at Loton Corp. since July 2017. He served as a Director of Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. from October 2013 to April 2013. Mr. Foster holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
