Folks who are there for a long time are not paid fairly. Only new folks who join get very good salaries
Team members are really good but the top management has no clue about what to do
Most important changes would be a genuine interest from executives in employee growth and openness to change. There are no incentives, or even interest in improving the way things are done. Only people who are complacent stay and get promoted, and instill a culture of severe complacency.
Each team works well within themselves but cannot get along with others (especially cross functional teams)
