What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESOP participation is excellent if you are a long term successful advisor. This is not a useful benefit unless you are in the top ~3rd of advisors in the firm.
What are some of the best things about your team?
helpful when I have issues I cannot solve on my own and vice versa
Excellent team cohesion, this is NOT a cutthroat work environment. Everyone is glad to share and help each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is largely a veteran company with veteran clients. The level of shared experience and mutual understanding is outstanding. If you are a good fit... you are a GREAT fit.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Responsive to my specific questions. I got to see things from the clients perspective and I got to interview directly with the person I would work for
