
The Diversity score provides insights into how diverse employees feel and rate their work experience at First Stop Health across various culture dimensions.
We began our DEIB journey as a result of our annual employee engagement survey. We noticed that all the scores in leadership, management, were improving
and DEIB was slowly ticking down over time. We sent out an interest survey and now one third of employees participate in our DEIB Council. Together we
performed a needs assessment based on the Meyer Spectrum Tool and identified 6 areas of the business that we wanted to work on: Training & Education Hiring & Talent Company Infrastructure (policy/ internal space creation) Data & Reporting Product & Marketing Community Engagement Throughout the year, pillar leaders are
responsible for researching and recommending new policies or changes. Our DEIB initiatives are entirely employee run and they’ve had great success since its implementation.
