Mr. Mitchell Eugene Mohr served as a Senior Vice President of First Trust Advisors L.P. Mr. Mohr served as also a Senior Vice President at First Trust Portfolios L.P. Mr. Mohr joined First Trust in June 2001 as Chief Compliance Officer. As Chief Compliance Officer, he was involved in the development and maintenance of the policies and procedures designed to ensure that that the firm's activities are compliant with applicable legislation. Mr. Mohr has gained significant experience in accounting and auditing, including reviewing internal controls and procedures and compliance with such controls and procedures. His experience was concentrated in the securities industry. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mohr was a principal at Ernst and Young LLP, where he had practiced since 1979. He is registered in the United States with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. as a General Securities Representative (Series 7), General Securities Principal (Series 24) and Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63). Mr. Mohr has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant designation in 1979.
