I would highly recommend FirstLight - its a larger company with a smaller family company feel. Very flexible and wonderful teammates.

The whole team works hard and is very collaborative. There are many brilliant individuals who are also down to earth and willing to train and teach you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. They care about employees and creating a positive culture. When I was in the hospital for a non-work related issue, a vice president of the company was one of the first people to visit me.
