Truly valuing employees and not just paying lip service to being in the "people business."
Diversity at senior levels, career mobility, and compensation. Management is unable to make executive strategic decisions an capitalize on being competitive in the marketplace. Too much internal and territorial in-fighting. Senior management does not understand the market.
Increased compensation or less working hours. The amount of time & work put in (including nights and weekends) does not match how low the compensation is.
I feel that raises should be higher, at least keep up with inflation. Not given enough vacation time and no increase in vacation time after five years. I am overloaded with work and not paid at market rate.

Senior management needs to have more diverse individuals offering a diverse perspective. Stop hiring people who have no markets experience.
