hris Cochran is the co-founder of ProsperOps, acquired by Flexera in January 2026. He now serves as SVP and General Manager, continuing to lead ProsperOps’ mission to simplify and automate cloud cost optimization across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Prior to ProsperOps, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Chargify, a subscription billing and recurring revenue SaaS platform. Chris’s earlier roles include Senior Vice President and General Manager at Rackspace, where he co?founded and led multiple cloud and enterprise business units and oversaw corporate strategy. He began his career in strategy and consulting roles at Electronic Data Systems and Ernst & Young.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
