Mr. Vikram Jog has been the Chief Financial Officer of Fluidigm Corporation since February 2008. Mr. Jog served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of XDX Inc., since April 2005 to February 2008. He served as Vice President of Finance of Celera Group (formerly, Applera Corp. and Celera Genomics Group) since March 1, 2003 and was responsible for the financial functions in these two business units. He has more than 25 years of finance experience, including roles at several public corporations. He served as Vice President of Applera Corporation since March 1, 2003. He served as Vice President of Finance for Celera Genomics since March 1, 2003 and of Celera Diagnostics since 2001, where he was responsible for the financial functions of these two Applera Corporation businesses. He served as Vice President of Planning and Corporate Controller for Applera Corporation from August 19, 1999 to February 2003 and also served as its Principal Accounting officer. He served as Vice President and Controller of Hercules Incorporated for seven years. For 13 years, he was successively with Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse, which have since merged to become PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. Mr. Jog obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Delhi University, Delhi, India in 1975 and an MBA Degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA in 1984.
