I feel good. But I want to feel great. I wish there was more acknowledgement from the executive team, even a hello would suffice. I would like less pointless meetings and of the meetings we have, I wish we could stick to the ending time. I would like better pay. These things would make me feel great

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's effort to do better. Trying is most important, even if it is unsuccessful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My specific direct leader is awesome. But I don't get any acknowledgment from anyone above her.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open communication to vent, to bounce ideas off one another, to be transparent and to have decent daily interaction. Everyone is understanding of one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living is rising. Even if someone is hybrid/remote, rent rises too. Gas isn't the only factor to consider. Groceries and utilities also matter. I am underpaid for the amount of work I do and the stress I deal with.
