It's been great so far. The people who work here really love the work that they do and it shows. Would be great if we had stock options for greater compensation packages as well as increased vacation time

The collaboration, willingness to share ideas, its a safe environment to be yourself

Appreciate the potential for bonus. Benefit costs are high and the vacation package could be a bit higher
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The town hall type meetings over Slack are great. Being able to ask the leaders direct questions make for such an engaging and welcoming environment.

When my team or I have a big win. Being able to make our customers happy. Feeling appreciated for my work. Being able to work on new/exciting projects
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness of the leaders and how down to earth and approachable they are. I think we do need to outline better the goals and mission statement All of the ERG's are great and wonderful opportunity to get to know other areas It's a forward looking company that invests in its employees
