Mr. Brian Martini has been the President and General Manager of Franklin Covey Japan Co at Franklin Covey Co. since June 2008. Mr. Martini joined FranklinCovey in 2008. He served as a consultant at Japan Management Association in the United States and Mercuri International, where he was their first full time consultant in Japan. Before joining FranklinCovey, he served as head of Asia-Pacific Training and Development for NCH Corporation where he developed and delivered an advanced sales development program for new hires, among other projects. He has spent many years working in Japan in both professional and volunteer capacities and has benefitted from practicing and teaching FranklinCovey content and systems throughout his career. He holds a BA in Japanese from Brigham Young University and an MBA from BYU's Marriott School of Management with a focus on International Business.
