Johnson, also known as Jenny, is President of Franklin Resources, Inc. since December 2016 and Chief Operating Officer since February 2017, and previously served as its Co-President from October 2015. Ms. Johnson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Franklin Resources, Inc. from March 2010 to September 2015, as Executive Vice President - Operations and Technology from December 2005 to March 2010, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer from May 2003 to December 2005. Ms. Johnson also has been an officer or director of certain subsidiaries of Franklin Resources, Inc. for more than the past five years. She joined Franklin Resources, Inc. in 1988.
