Tom Fisher — Head of US Institutional at Franklin Resources

Mr. Tom Fisher has been Head of US Institutional at Franklin Resources, Inc. since July 2017. Mr. Fisher oversees and provide strategic direction to its institutional sales, consultant relations and client relations teams in the US. He oversees a team of professionals based in San Mateo, CA, New York, NY and across the US. He has more than two decades of industry experience and wide-ranging expertise across sales, service, planning, product and talent management that proves invaluable in leading its efforts to maximize the deep resources and tenured talent across its US institutional distribution team. He joined Franklin Templeton with over 20 years of financial services experience, with more than 15 of those years working directly in the institutional market. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Head of the Consultant Strategy Team at JP Morgan Asset Management, leading its consultant-intermediated sales and service across defined benefit, defined contribution, endowments and foundations, healthcare and insurance platform channels. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
