Loved the emphasis on culture. Everyone was really outgoing and interested in hearing about me, my experience. It was a wonderfully open forum to learn about me but also to learn about the company.

The work culture was great, however, the managers at the sciops department are focused on overworking their lab techs while not meeting their compensation or career needs. Professionalism is not great among managers and they tend to overlook many situations where a coworker often does not show up.
