Ms. Georgia L. Vlamis has been Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at FreightCar America Inc. since December 1, 2015 and its Vice President of Human Resources since June 9, 2017. Ms. Vlamis served as Vice President of FreightCar America, Inc. since December 1, 2015. She joined FreightCar America from Motorola Solutions, Inc., which she joined in 1995. She served as Motorola's Vice President and Head of Litigation, Antitrust, Regulatory & Product Safety. Earlier in her tenure, she served as Vice President and Lead Counsel for Motorola's government and enterprise business sector and as Senior Counsel and Director for two of Motorola's business units. Prior to joining Motorola, Ms. Vlamis served as a Partner with the law firm of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon and an Associate at Sidley & Austin in Chicago. Ms. Vlamis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and is a graduate of the DePaul College of Law.
