Before joining PwC, Mr. Kumar successfully helped lead the start-up of the Global Delivery practice at Deloitte, where he served as a Practice Leader, and the start-up of a global IT security practice at Hewlett-Packard (HP). Prior to joining Aujas, Mr. Kumar worked with Deloitte in various senior leadership positions and also served Customers in Interim Executive roles. He is a Board Member of EC Council LPT. Mr. Kumar has several professional certifications across management consulting and Information security consulting. He is a Certified M&A Advisor, a Chartered M&A Professional, a Certified Due Diligence Professional, a Certified International Turnaround Manager, a Certified Management Consultant and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT. Mr. Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology from College of Engineering Trivandrum and has done his Executive Management from Harvard Business School, USA.
