What needs to change to make the company culture better?

HR is really bad... communication worse. Nobody cares. There's no inspiration.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Sell the company to somebody who cares about people, customers, and product quality.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening, caring.... not ripping people off. They don't care about their customers at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The CEO will google what someone in your position should make, whatever the scale is he will pay you the bottom end minus 10% because he says the bi-annual bonus makes up for it....not really a "bonus" because its based on projections that are just changed and adjusted to pay as little as possible.
