The benefits are extraordinary. Remote work. A majority of the healthcare benefits are paid for. 401k is very generous.

Very professional and trusting team. There are very few weak links and everybody takes their responsibilities seriously while having a good time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being remote and knowing that if I am struggling with the workload they will always help take some of the load off.

My interview process was very thorough. It was an incredibly helpful experience and I knew that this would be the place that I wanted to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are truly friendly and smart people that work at this company. They allow you to take on more responsibility and help when you do not understand a topic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put a significant amount of trust and confidence in the team. There is no micromanaging and the will always give you additional responsibility if you want it. If there is ever a concept you are looking to learn they always make themselves available to help make that happen.
