I am highly supported and respected at the company. The leadership team consistently impresses me with how they handle difficult situations.

The excellent tour guides. Very up to date with a lot of knowledge and humour

More promotion for longer travel

being more considerate about its customers and if a customer has a problem find any way to come to some middle ground. considering they're spending thousands of dollars in some cases
