my pleasure was seeing happiness in the residents when they saw me and thank me for my work. that gave me thee power to keep doing the best of me in a daily basis.

giving equal respect and value to every employee, communicate with the whole group not leaving some behind because they might have some differences or personal problems within each other. Behave and act more professional.
