Hard-working, willing to put in the extra hours, not easily deterred by challenges

Have more discipline during meetings. Need to respond more quickly and effectively to emails.

Building software, driving efficiency and effectiveness in my own work and that of my team

Excellent compensation. Perks & Incentives are cash-biased -- which is how I prefer it (non-monetary perks don't hold the same allure for me).

Being able to build software solutions, being part of multiple initiatives, and the excellent compensation (having fewer money concerns means I can be happier at work)
