I feel like my words arent valued i feel like what the workers say doesnt make a diffrence and i feel like the boss doesnt care he just wants it done but sometimes lack of understanding or listening to his team causes issues

Low pay and overworked with too much for one person to always do.

I currently need a new job, I don't make enough at my current one with GCA (8.50 an hour). My boss is great, the benefits are OK, but the pay is not enough unless you have an alternative source of income.
