What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that it's alright
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm pretty consistently trying not to lose my dang mind at work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't get paid enough and my coworkers are either obnoxious or don't talk to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. It's extremely difficult to get in contact with my boss and I know literally no one else higher up in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I currently need a new job, I don't make enough at my current one with GCA (8.50 an hour). My boss is great, the benefits are OK, but the pay is not enough unless you have an alternative source of income.
