Pay for the experience on the other jobs
Yes consistantly they belittle you for no reason!
We have no incentive no merit value company doesn't even care about its customers.

I feel like my words arent valued i feel like what the workers say doesnt make a diffrence and i feel like the boss doesnt care he just wants it done but sometimes lack of understanding or listening to his team causes issues
Low pay and overworked with too much for one person to always do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Working together as a team
Actually train their people and not just let the lazy ones get away with anything and the ones who actually do their job get in trouble for the lazy ones not doing their job!
Real training and incentives for jobs well done.

There is too much to type but hopefully by everything i said no other woman would be downgraded by a manager
Better management higher pay mutch better communication. And proper training.
