Gary L. Whited — VP & President of Land Systems at General Dynamics Corporation

Mr. Gary L. Whited has been the President of General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., since March 2013. Mr. Whited has been Vice President at General Dynamics Corporation since March 2013. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for General Dynamics Land Systems' domestic operations since September 2011, where he was responsible for operational performance, execution and growth of the company's domestic business sectors. Before that, Mr. Whited was General Dynamics Land Systems' Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since June 2006. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems and controller for General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. Mr. Whited is a certified public accountant and earned a bachelor's of science in accounting from Wayne State University (Detroit, Mich.).
