Mr. Jason W. Aiken, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of General Dynamics Corporation since January 1, 2014. Mr. Aiken served as Chief Financial officer of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation from September 1, 2011 to January 1, 2014 and its Senior Vice President until January 1, 2014. He served as Vice President of General Dynamics Corporation from April 2010 to August 2011. He heads the legal and compliance function for the Western European geography. He served as the President of Jet Aviation Management AG until July 2011. He served as Vice President of General Dynamics Corporation from April 1, 2010 to December 2913 and its Controller from April 1, 2010 to August 2011 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer. He joined General Dynamics in June 2002 as a director of consolidation accounting Mr. Aiken served as Staff Vice President of Accounting at General Dynamics Corporation since July 2006 until March 2010. He joined 3i Infotech as the General Counsel of Rhyme Systems, a company acquired by 3i Infotech in 2006. He was an Audit Manager of Arthur Andersen LLP. From 1991 to 2000, he was a Legal Manager with Blick, a time recording software solutions company based in South West England and subsequently spent several years as a Senior Legal Adviser for the European wholesale division of Global Telesystems Inc., a US based telecoms operator with one of the largest fibre networks in Europe. Mr. Aiken serves as a Director of 3i Infotech (Western Europe) Group Limited, 3i Infotech (Western Europe) Limited, Exact Technical Services Limited and 3i Infotech - Framework Limited. He is a Barrister and is a Member of Lincolns Inn. Mr. Aiken holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University and a Master's of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
