John Mastrocola, N.H.A., CDR, USNR (ret.) — Director of Regional Operations, Southern California at Generations Healthcare

John serves as Director of Operations – Southern Region, providing guidance and operations partnership to 11 facilities located in 6 different counties in California and Nevada. John started his career in the Long-Term Care industry, following 8 years service as a Naval Officer on active duty. A veteran of two Gulf Wars, John retired as a Commander, following 23 years of service in the United States Navy. He has worked in the Long-Term Care industry for 24 years as an Administrator, Regional Administrator and Director of Marketing for both Pharmacies and Rehabilitation companies. John is a graduate of Villanova University. He is a Commissioner for the American Nurses Credentialing Center and on the Dean’s Advisory Committee at Villanova University’s M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing. John also serves on the Military Appreciation Day Committee for the Hoag Classic Senior PGA Event and is a past recipient of the Father of the Year Award for the American Diabetes Association.
