Executive Bio

Lois has been part of Generations Healthcare since its founding in 1998. She began her career working with an international public accounting firm where she served as a financial and reimbursement consultant to Regency Health Services, a start-up long term care company. She joined Regency and took the company through its subsequent growth from 21 facilities to over 100 facilities, the enterprise later acquired by Sun Healthcare Group. Following Regency, she joined Covenant Care, Inc. as Director of Reimbursement. She was a valuable contributor to Covenant Care’s growth to over 40 facilities. She departed to join KPMG LLP to assist with their efforts to develop their Western Region Long Term Care Consulting and Advisory Practice. Lois graduated from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania.
