Generally understanding about scheduling and will give you time off if someone can cover for you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like Im doing everything a manager should be doing with none of the pay. You cant be expected to run yourself into the ground for the lowest paid position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Theyre real. They dont put on pretenses and theyre great, hardworking people. They are compassionate and work together as a unit. Theres no fending for yourself because everyone knows the only way to get through today is to do it together.
