Darren Saumur is global operating officer of Genpact.
In this role, Darren is responsible for all global operations, including client service delivery, digital delivery, and technology services delivery. A key part of his leadership role is driving continuous improvement and agility, increasing efficiency in the company’s growing operations, and optimizing technology enablement.
Darren brings to Genpact more than 25 years of operations and consulting leadership in the technology services industry. He joined Genpact in 2018 from Infor, where he led the Infor Services business globally and oversaw a team of more than 6,500 employees who delivered record growth in each year of his tenure. Prior to Infor, he served in a number of senior services leadership roles at SAP for nearly 10 years, including leading the Strategic Industries business for North America and the Financial Services Sector globally for the consulting business.
Darren is a chartered professional accountant and earned a bachelor’s of commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
