There is a sense of fun not just expecting hard working all the time. I find that to be a positive and nice balance to your working week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't agree with the banding system as if you start low it takes further to step up the ladder. Pay and compensation should really be in line with current economic trends
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone enjoys having physical presence to catch up, we all communicate on when we are planning to congregate in the office locations. Support and guidance from each other is much valued and my team is always there when needed.
