I do love that they are always curious about new things and innovative.
We work great together and are always willing to listen to each other and support each other.
My immediate leadership is always willing to listen to feedback and try to correct anything they are able to.

Lots of expectations from our leadership and the company we support and they aren't always on the same page. So you are trying to keep both places happy constantly.
